Long enough to stay hooked up.

A forty-foot coach plus a towed car needs about seventy feet of pad. Most overnight stops make you unhitch. This one does not.

A stocked pond, right here on site.

There is a stocked fishing pond on the property. Bring a rod, walk down after you level the rig, and fish it in the evening without getting back in the truck. It is the part guests bring up first when they call back to book again.

Stay a night or stay a season

Lowest rates in town, and we mean it.

Overnighters are welcome and so are the folks who end up staying. A good share of our sites are long-term tenants who came through for a night and never found a reason to leave.
